Music Education

Nick Arseneau is available for private lessons on upright and electric bass, guitar, drums, theory, and composition. Whether you are looking to prepare for a university audition or looking to play for the first time, Nick has the teaching skills to guide you through your musical journey.

In addition to teaching independently in Toronto, Nick teaches private lessons on guitar, bass, and drums at Rock This Way! School of Rock in Woodbridge, ON, where he also directs student rock band ensembles.

Nick is the director of the Elementary Music Program at The Orchard Montessori in Toronto's Dovercourt Village and teaches music at The Orchard Lyceum in Toronto's Queen Street/Trinity Bellwoods neighbourhood. Students aged 6-9 focused on rhythm, voice, theory, and ukulele, students aged 9-12 take part in an instrumental band program, and students aged 12-14 learn advances theory, ear training, improvisation, composition, and digital music production.
